With a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University, I bring both a solid educational foundation and a compassionate approach to my practice.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, low self-esteem, family conflict, and peer relationships. Rooted in collective and evidence-based techniques, my therapeutic approach ensures that each client receives personalized care, tailored to their unique experiences and goals. With a diverse background and a passion for holistic health, Lino integrates evidence-based practices with a focus on empowerment and growth. Beyond clinical work, Lino finds rejuvenation in culinary arts, cleaning as a mindfulness practice, and staying active through basketball and running.
